Terms of service
Effective: June 2026 · These terms govern use of bizwhiz.ai and our services.
1. Services
BizWhiz provides AI-visibility auditing and optimization for local service businesses: a free automated audit, a one-time Foundation sprint, and monthly subscription plans. Paid engagements are governed by a separate service agreement; these terms govern the site and free audit.
2. Results are not guaranteed
We do not guarantee rankings, mentions, citations, leads, or revenue. AI assistant outputs are probabilistic and change with time, phrasing, location, and model versions. Audits and reports are timestamped samples of model behavior at the moment of capture — not permanent rankings, and not predictions. What we commit to is a documented methodology and an accurate record of work performed.
3. The free audit
Free audits are limited to one per business, run on our schedule, and may be declined at our discretion (e.g., categories we don't serve). You confirm you're authorized to request an audit for the business named. Reports contain real model outputs; any simulated content used in marketing materials is conspicuously labeled SAMPLE — SIMULATED DATA.
4. Third-party platforms
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google are trademarks of their respective owners. We measure publicly available products and imply no affiliation or endorsement. Platform behavior, terms, and availability can change without notice and are outside our control.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use our forms or reports to harass competitors, misrepresent a business you don't control, or resell audit data. We may refuse service to anyone, particularly for deceptive use.
6. Fees for referral-capable clients
Where clients are in referral-capable professions (e.g., real estate agents, loan officers), fees reflect documented fair market value for services rendered and are never conditioned on, or compensation for, the referral of settlement-service business (RESPA Section 8).
7. Liability
The site and free audit are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizWhiz's aggregate liability arising from the site or free audit is limited to $100; for paid services, see your service agreement.
