What we collect

• Audit requests: your name, email, business name, category, city/state, and optionally your website URL — submitted through our forms.
• Client onboarding: business details, profile access grants, and service information needed to deliver paid work.
• Site basics: standard server logs. We keep tracking minimal; we do not sell or rent personal information.

How we use it

• To run your AI visibility audit and email you the report.
• To deliver contracted services and monthly reports.
• To follow up about your audit. You can opt out of any further contact with one reply.

What we don't do

• No selling or renting your data. No sharing beyond the processors needed to operate (form/webhook handling, email delivery, payment processing for clients).
• Audit queries sent to AI platforms contain public business identifiers (name, category, city) — never your contact details.

Retention & access

Audit data (model responses, scores) is retained so before/after comparisons stay possible. Email us to access, correct, or delete your information: privacy@bizwhiz.ai. California residents: we honor CCPA access/deletion requests at the same address.

Changes

We'll post updates here with a new effective date. Material changes get emailed to active clients.
